Not what the vendor wants you to hear. Not what's easiest to sell. What we'd do with our own money.
Retainer or project. No six-figure engagements. No lock-ins. 30 days' notice on retainers; project fees run to completion.
You don't need another portal login. We sit between you and the stack.
Your fees and costs mean nothing without the rest of the sector's numbers. We bring them both.
Tech changes. We update the plan quarterly. Pretending is expensive.
