Should I buy Reports standalone or as part of a Tech retainer?+
Most groups start with Reports Lite or Core and upgrade to a Tech retainer once they see how much of their tech stack they're managing themselves. Reports is £25–39 per site per month. A Tech retainer is £3,995/month, group-wide, and includes Reports Core plus full management of your POS, payments, loyalty, labour and integrations. If you've got more than one POS, vendor contracts up for renewal, or no internal tech person, talk to us about the retainer.
What's the difference between the tiers?+
Lite (£25) is the daily wedge: multi-location sales, weather, footfall, transport and AI analysis. Core (£39) is the full morning report: flash P&L, review sentiment, manager logbook and anomaly detection. Advanced is bespoke, custom builds, board dashboards, fixed-fee project or monthly add-on.
Which POS systems do you support?+
Lightspeed, Square, Clover, Vita Mojo, Tevalis, Access, Epos Now, Toast and others. If yours isn't listed, mention it on the call, we add integrations regularly.
Is my data safe?+
UK-based servers. Read-only access. No PII shared. Enterprise security review on request.
What's the contract?+
Monthly. 30 days' notice if it isn't working. We hand back access and clean up the integrations on the way out.
