What's the difference between the retainer tiers?+

Lite (from £3,995/mo) is for operators who already have someone running marketing day-to-day, we supervise, brief agencies, and execute one campaign cycle a month. Growth (from £6,995/mo, 4-6 month engagement) is the full audit, run it, hire someone to take over, hand the keys back. Enterprise is bespoke for 15+ site groups or multi-brand operators. A Marketing Project is a fixed-fee one-off for a specific deliverable.

How quickly can you onboard us?+

Two to four weeks for the audit and a 90-day roadmap. Lite retainers go live inside a fortnight. Growth engagements front-load the stack rebuild in months one to three.

Do you keep working with us after handover?+

Up to you. Marketing capability should live inside your business, so most Growth engagements end at handover. If you want senior eyes on it after, drop down to a Lite retainer. If you want us to keep running it, stay on Growth. Either is fine. Neither is a trap.

Do you take a cut of agency or platform fees?+

No. We're vendor-agnostic. Our fee is what's on the page. We don't take referral commissions, kickbacks, or platform percentages. That's the whole point.

What if our marketing manager leaves after handover?+

If you're already on a Preshift retainer, we can step back in to bridge the gap. Marketing-only clients can buy a top-up project to onboard a new hire. We don't lock you in either way.
