Find what you're not using.

In fourteen days we go through every system, channel and contract in your group and tell you three things: what you're paying for and not using, what you could be doing with it and aren't, and what's costing you money for nothing. £1,500. A written report you can act on with or without us.

01 ·What we keep finding

Paid for. Never switched on.

Three things that turn up in almost every Review. Every group has a version of each.

Fourteen systems. Four in daily use.

Paying for features nobody turned on.

The till can report by table. The booking system can tag by occasion. Neither was ever set up, so the group runs on the defaults and a spreadsheet.

The WiFi collects guest emails all day.

Nobody has ever sent one.

The captive portal captures details and drops them. Bookings, WiFi and the till each hold a different version of the same guest. None of them reach the newsletter.

Ten automations built. Two switched on.

The rest never fired.

Post-visit thank you, lapsed win-back, birthday, no-show. Built, tested, never connected to a live list. The tool costs the same either way.

02 ·What we go through

Every system. Opened, not listed.

We log in. We look at what's set up, what's connected, and what the data does once it's collected. Then we ask what you could be doing with it.

Technology

What's running

  • Till, payments, bookings, ordering, WiFi, rotas, integrations
  • Which features are on, which were never set up
  • What's connected to what, and where the data stops

What's not

  • Systems paid for and not opened this month
  • Reports nobody reads, alerts nobody gets
  • The manual job a switched-off feature would do

Marketing

What you collect

  • Every place a guest's details enter: bookings, WiFi, ordering, events, delivery
  • Where each one ends up, and whether it reaches a list
  • Consent, duplicates, the fields that were never filled

What you could do

  • Segments your tools already support and nobody built
  • Automations built and never fired
  • Reviews, loyalty and paid channels measured against covers, not clicks

Contracts and cost

Duplicated

  • Two tools doing one job
  • A subscription for a feature the till already has
  • Licences for people who left

Renewing

  • Auto-renewals with the notice window closing
  • Terms that changed at the last renewal
  • Card fees and licences against the going rate

03 ·What you get

Three lists and an order.

A written report. Each item says what it is, where it is, what it's worth and how hard it is to fix. Then a roadmap, in that order.

Not using: every system and feature you pay for that isn't doing anything

Not doing: what you could do this quarter with what you already have

Not worth it: what's duplicated, overpriced or auto-renewing

A roadmap ordered by value against effort, with what to fix first

Everything we load and connect during the Review stays live in the Toolbox, yours to keep from £25 a site a month

A walkthrough call, and the report is yours either way

Then it's yours

Act on it with your own team, bring us in to run the fixes, or keep the Toolbox running from £25 a site a month. The report doesn't expire.

The Review includes onboarding onto the tools, loaded and running, whether or not you carry on with us.

07 ·FAQ

Things operators ask.

Is the Review right for my group?+

It's built for multi-site operators, roughly three sites or more, with enough systems that nobody knows what all of them do. If you run one or two sites, start with Reports at £35 a site a month, and book a call if you're not sure.

Is this a cost-cutting exercise?+

Not mainly. Most of what we find is things you already pay for and don't use, and things you could be doing with them. Wasted spend is the third list, and it's usually the shortest.

What do you need from us?+

Read-only access to your systems, your contracts as PDFs, and an hour of someone's time at the start and the end. We do the rest.

What exactly do I get for £1,500?+

A written report in three lists: not using, not doing, not worth it. Each item with where it is, what it's worth and how hard it is to fix. A roadmap in that order. A walkthrough call. And your systems loaded into the Toolbox and running, which you can keep from £25 a site a month or walk away from.

Is there any commitment after the Review?+

None. The report is yours, and it is written so your own team can act on it. Bring us in to run the fixes if you want to, or don't.

What if you don't find much?+

The first two lists are always long. If the third one is short, good. You'll know exactly where you stand either way.
